TiVoToGo: Portable TV

DISH Network released a portable DVR that can download stored shows from some DVR-receivers. TiVoToGo lets TiVo subscribers do something similar. How many people really want to carry TV around with them? Most of the shows on TV suck - and you aren't going to TiVo an NFL game and watch that (batteries won't last that long). Other than DVR to DVD-Recorder for archiving shows, what's with all this interest in downloading TV?
