Yahoo has decided to offer calls to phones for less than Skype and much less than the Tele-Barons via Phone Out imbedded in Y! Messenger. 1 cent per minute. None of these services offer much in the way of business service, but for cheapskate consumers, you might want to offer:
- Classes in how to use these services (Skype, Y! Messenger, Vonage)
- Sell hardware for these services like microphones, headsets, and videophones.
- Offer an "Optimized" access for an additional $5-9.95 per month.
- Tech Support for anything computer related as a membership service or pay-as-you-use.
