All divisions of Ma Bell, including ACC Biz, have promotions specifically targeting TW Telecom. How's that working? Well, at 10MB eMIS for $900 when you show a TWT quote in the legacy BST 9-state region is $856 for 3 years. Prices vary of course. And you have to hand in a TWT quote.
It seems strange that one company is being targeted by another. It's not like Ma Bell has promos to take business from Level3, XO, and especially Verizon.
BTW, eMIS is Internet backbone over Ethernet transport.
